Import and Export Projects via .json File

Use the api/v2/projects/{projectId}/export method of our open API to export projects from one system and import them into another via a .json file with project data. You also can export and import attachments archived along with the .json file.

Export a Project

  1. Open Swagger.

  2. Find the api/v2/projects/{projectId}/export method and expand it.

  3. Enter a project ID. You can find it in the top left corner of the project preview on the main page.

  4. If you want to export a project with attachments, set the includeAttachments field to True. In this case, your attachments and a .json file with project data are exported in a .zip file. If you do not need attachments, set the includeAttachments field to False.

  5. Click Execute. If the execution is successful, the system generates responce code 200 (Successful operation).
