Add Users to the Project

  1. Open a project.

  2. Go to project settings.

  3. Switch to the User permissions tab.

  4. Enter the name of the user in the Add user field. If the user is added to the system, their name appears in the drop-down list.

  5. Choose the user you want to add.

Note

You can add a group of users repeating the procedure described above in the Groups section.

Assign Project Roles

After you add a user, you can assign a project role with certain access rights to them. To assign a project role:

  1. Open a project.

  2. Go to project settings.

  3. Switch to the User permissions tab.

  4. In the Roles column, click Add next to the user you want to assign a role to.

  5. Choose the role from a drop-down list. You can assign multiple project roles to one user.
