Invite Users
Before your team starts working in TestGear Cloud, you need to invite them into your workspace in Backoffice. To do that:
- Open the workspace settings

- In the navigation menu, select Invite users.
- Click Invite.
- In the dialog box, enter an email and a system role for your new user (Administrator, Project Manager, and User).
- [Optional] You can invite multiple users at a time. Invite more users by clicking More +.
- Click Invite.
Warning
TestGear Cloud enables you to invite up to 50 users.
After you send the invitation, you can view the following details in the Invite users tab:
- User email.
- User system role.
- Invitation status (Sent or Expired).
- Remaining validity period.
The invitation is valid for three days after sending. If a user fails to accept the invitation within this period, you can resend it to them. To do that:
- Click
in the Actions column.
- Click Resend.
- [Optional] You can revoke the invitation by clicking Revoke in the drop-down menu.
