Invite Users

Before your team starts working in TestGear Cloud, you need to invite them into your workspace in Backoffice. To do that:

  1. Open the workspace settings .
  2. In the navigation menu, select Invite users.
  3. Click Invite.
  4. In the dialog box, enter an email and a system role for your new user (Administrator, Project Manager, and User).
  5. [Optional] You can invite multiple users at a time. Invite more users by clicking More +.
  6. Click Invite.


TestGear Cloud enables you to invite up to 50 users.

After you send the invitation, you can view the following details in the Invite users tab:

  • User email.
  • User system role.
  • Invitation status (Sent or Expired).
  • Remaining validity period.

The invitation is valid for three days after sending. If a user fails to accept the invitation within this period, you can resend it to them. To do that:

  1. Click in the Actions column.
  2. Click Resend.
  3. [Optional] You can revoke the invitation by clicking Revoke in the drop-down menu.
